Ordering & Payment

If you wish to order wedding stationery please complete the wedding order form and send it to us via email or post, to let us know your exact requirements.  All emails will be responded to the same day to progress your order as quickly as possible.  Please state your preferred payment method on the order form.

If you wish to order christening, naming or announcement cards, these can be purchased automatically by Paypal next to the image of each design.  Please email the required wording of your cards to us while completing the Paypal transaction.

Debit/Credit Card

If you wish to pay by debit/credit card, we can invoice you using PayPal, where you will be directed to the secure PayPal site, for online payments.

All transactions made online using the PayPal shopping cart system are securely handled by PayPal. We do not see your credit card details.  We will receive an e-mail from PayPal detailing your order and payment.  If you are already a PayPal member when you go to the checkout, you can enter your username and password to complete the transaction. New members, will be asked to complete an online form to create a PayPal account. There are no fees for buyers shopping through PayPal.

Cheque

Once payment has been received, your order will be made and dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks. However, please note that during busy periods invitations can take up to 4 weeks.  If you require your order sooner than this, please do not hesitate to ask, and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

Samples

As all invitations are made to order, it is not possible to send out free samples.  However, if you wish to purchase a sample, you can do this at a cost of £0.99 each plus p&p using the 'Order Sample' buttons below each design.  This will take you to the secure PayPal website where you can pay online with a debit or credit card.

If you prefer, you can send details of the samples you require by post, accompanied by a cheque (made payable to 'Laura Treleaven'.  Samples will be sent out within 48 hours of receiving payment.  If ordering from outside the UK, please contact us first to obtain postage costs.

Delivery

Your order will be posted by first class recorded delivery.

Larger orders will be sent out by parcel post which takes 3 to 5 days.

For delivery outside the UK please ask for prices before ordering.

Postage and Packaging

Samples will be posted at a postage charge of £0.40 each.

Larger orders are charged as follows:

Orders under £10 - £1.50
Orders from £10.01 to £40 - £3.95
Orders from £40.01 to £199 - £6.95
Orders over £200 - FREE
